About Dr. Tosk:

Jarrett Tosk, M.D. has been practicing psychiatry for over a decade. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology. Dr. Tosk believes in responsible medication management combined with various psychotherapeutic techniques to achieve a personalized treatment approach for your unique circumstances.

In addition to his work in private practice, Dr. Tosk is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, and an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is the Medical Director of Psychiatric Consultation Services at RWJ Barnabas Health, including RWJ Hamilton Hospital and Community Medical Center. He has extensive experience in the treatment of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, OCD, addiction, geriatrics, ADHD, telepsychiatry and forensic psychiatry. Dr. Tosk has given numerous grand-rounds lectures to physicians and other clinicians on the subjects of addiction and general psychiatric practice. In his forensic practice, he regularly provides expert testimony for civil and worker’s compensation cases throughout the state of New Jersey.

He received his undergraduate education at Indiana State University, and Indiana University before attending medical school at American University of the Caribbean. He began his residency in Internal Medicine at Monmouth Medical Center, in New Jersey, before completing his training in psychiatry at New York Medical College, where he served as Chief Resident.
